Brenda Rawls is recognized as one of the top realtors in Hampton Roads, year-after-year being honored as one of the Top Five of over 4,000 realtors in our region by the Greater Hampton Roads Realtors Association ®. A native of Norfolk, Brenda has been a realtor in Hampton Roads since 1983. Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS in the residential sales field. Every CRS is required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors and to abide by its strict code of ethics. Fewer than 5% of all REALTORS hold the CRS designation.

Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. The GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework on topics from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law.

Senior Real Estate Specialist - Realtors with the SRES designation help seniors make wise decisions about buying, selling and the tax implications of owning real estate. The SRES designation demonstrates your agent has the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle decisions.

Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist - Awarded to Realtors who have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market by meeting strict performance requirements. Realtors must complete extensive training in analyzing the luxury home market. CLHMS members also actively seek out the latest training in marketing strategies and know how to handle the needs of elite clientele.

The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing awards the prestigious designation of Million Dollar Guild Member to Realtors with a proven record of successful closings in the million dollar and above market. Guild Members have established their expertise and abilities in helping to buy or sell the world’s most exclusive residential homes and estates.

Brenda has also been selected to serve on two prestigious panels - “Star Power”, a national panel of 75 top sales agents in the U.S. who coach realtors from across the nation, one of only four top sales agents from Virginia, and Bill Barrett’s SuperStar Workshop which is a panel of 51 agents representing the top one tenth of one percent of all agents across North America – in other words, “the best of the best.”
